I disagree. I've gotten a few DEXA scans and lost a lot of my weight and body fat without much exercise, heavy breathing, let alone sweating (I personally hate sweating).9

Fat loss doesn't necessarily require heavy breathing, but you are breathing every second of the day. The best exercise for weight loss is sleeping. During sleep you are breathing and not taking in calories...2 -

That you breathe out 84% of fat burned and the remaining 16 % is peed out. Which most people including doctors arent aware of.6 -
