    I disagree. I've gotten a few DEXA scans and lost a lot of my weight and body fat without much exercise, heavy breathing, let alone sweating (I personally hate sweating).

    Fat loss doesn't necessarily require heavy breathing, but you are breathing every second of the day. The best exercise for weight loss is sleeping. During sleep you are breathing and not taking in calories...

    Then what point is the article trying to make?

    The article is scientifically/physiologically explaining the process by which the human body eliminates fat.
