I've been doing C25K and tracking my food intake for over three weeks and my scale hasn't budged at all. Trying not to be discouraged because I do see a change in how clothes fit me, so I know the inches are coming off. Why won't the scale budge?!?!0 -

I am just starting with "My Fitness". I would love to get some help from everyone as I have been this weight for years and really would like to lose my excess. I hear there is a Halloween Challenge. I would love to be part of that challenge even though I am pretty late in starting.
My starting weight is 236 (on July 1st) and would love to be under 200 lbs. by Halloween. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I had my 67th birthday in May. (I will tell you, I am sure not ready to be this old....lol). I hope to hear from someone that may want to help me with some insight on how all this works.0 -
