May 1 2018 -199 ... not as much as I'd hoped to lose... but my clothes are fitting way better than they used to so I'll take it!!!
June 1st - 197 .... again not as much as I wanted to lose but I've made some progress
July 1st - 193 ... I'm actually very happy with this. Will i make it to 176 in the next 2 months? Doubtful... but I'm going to give it my best shot!!
August 1st - 191 ... didn't stay focused, but a small loss is better than no loss
Sept 1st - 190 ... only 11 pounds lost. But.... wow! I lost 11 pounds !!0 -

So I only lost 9 lbs for this challenge. I went way off track in August with the stress of getting my daughter off to college. Congrats to everybody for sticking with the challenge!0
