I use MFP and do measurements on the 1st of the month.1

I use MFP and it's very easy and convenient, since I already track calories here. I record weight, hips, and 3 measurements of waist (belly button level, 2" above it, and 2" below). I weigh in at the same time weekly (Monday mornings before eating/drinking and after going to the bathroom; weigh in without clothing) and take measurements once a month. Doing this helped me achieve my goal weight. Very easy! Good luck.1

No. You can log your measurements in the same place you log your weight. To add more body parts than what are listed, you'll have to set it up on the website rather than the app.2
