Once on Monday Moring and once on Friday morning are my checks. I like to see the sins of my weekend and then progress from the week.

a few times per week, sometimes almost every day, but just to get a good average for the week as I fluctuate a lot

I weigh myself a couple times a week. But the only day I log is Monday, that's my "official" weigh in day.

Every day but I don't freak out about the fluctuations. It works for me.

Every couple of weeks, unless I feel "off-track" or "plateaued". Then just for validation.

2X a day - when I get up around 4 am and before my nightly shower around 8 pm. The fluctuation in a day is amazing.

Whenever I'm at a gym that has a scale! So a few times a week, so I can keep a sense of what's happening. One day up a little/down a little doesn't mean much, but the overall pattern is helpful and a good reality check.

Every morning but i dont put any merit in the weight aspect, i look more at the break down of my lean muscle mass, bone density, bmi and water density. (fancy scale) those stay fairly the same even when my weight shifts. Sunday am I was 200lbs this am I was 197, but the afore mentioned all remained within a point of each other.

Fancy or not, those scales aren't very accurate

Daily, but the number that is important to me is my weekly average. I never freakout on a one day weighing. I remember on christmas week, I had gained 5-6 lbs overnight and my average weight for that week was still lower than the previous weeks average.

Every day - it helps me understand fluctuations and know that if it shows 2 pounds more after a night out it is not a real weight gain.
