How often do you all weight yourself?

2-3 times a week - 'official' weigh in that I log on here is on a Friday.1

Once on Monday Moring and once on Friday morning are my checks. I like to see the sins of my weekend and then progress from the week.0

a few times per week, sometimes almost every day, but just to get a good average for the week as I fluctuate a lot0

Whenever I'm at a gym that has a scale! So a few times a week, so I can keep a sense of what's happening. One day up a little/down a little doesn't mean much, but the overall pattern is helpful and a good reality check.0
