    I’ve had lots of cheese curds coming from the Midwest, but deep fried cheese curds just once, at the Minnesota state fair — an experience I will never forget! So delicious. I was raised by health nuts, so was absolutely shocked that such a sinful, decadent, delicious treat existed. Oh to be so innocent again... I think that was long before the “deep fry everything!” craze. Yummy :yum:
