Losing belly fat

Hi everyone! I am 5”4 128lbs and am trying to lose belly fat. I know you cannot spot reduce so I am going to push to lose fat all over, and then gain the weight back in muscle. What percentages of macros should I have everyday, 50% carbs 30% protein and 20% fat? Let me know!

What lifting program are you following?
I think fixed macro percentages are horribly restrictive and prefer to set minimum goals for protein (and possibly fat).
This explains it well....

50% good carbs, 30% mostly good fats and 20% protein is reasonable. Your exercise routine will be key to adding muscle.6

Macros sound good to me. Ive maintained at 50 30 20. I don't have much belly fat and can see abs first thing during the day. Gone by evening. Lol. Proper diet is the key in my opinion.0
