Still struggling with snacking. I start out the day really well, have been keeping hydrated, but in the evening the snacking is really hurting me. Some days I have no willpower. Have started walking again in the mornings. Trying to stay motivated. My daughter is my role model, she lost 78 lbs this past 1-2 years so that helps me see that it is possible. Some days I do well with my eating and some I do so horribly, but I'm glad that I haven't given up and I tell myself if I give up, then I definitely am not going to lose the weight but I do start each day with a hopeful, positive attitude towards the weight loss and I've see that its really ups and downs and I just gotta hang in there.1 -
