    29th June - 222.00 good week food and exercise until last night when I had pizza and beer!!! ooops

    20th July - 213.75 OMG!! Commited to 14 days clean eating and after 7 days I lost 8.75lbs!! chuffed :)
    27th July - 213.25 tiny loss but still a loss :)

    24th Aug - 211.50 been away for anniversary so ok with this tbh

    1 more week to see how close we can get to that goal - I aint loosing 17lbs that's for sure!! hahaha

    Never the less I am proud at how far I have come and you guys should be too!!! :)

    Well, been having trouble and lost some motivation. Trying to pick back up again, I really fell off with calorie counting and haven't been walking (my only form of exercise) because the weather is so hot. This challenge has really helped though, thanks for putting it together and for the work you put in on the graphs and charts.
