Female bodybuilding program with dumbells

So I am interesting in gaining muscle and am looking for a good bodybuilding program for women. Heavier weights but I only have dumbells and cant go to the gym until my in laws are back from vacation so they can watch my kids.
Any suggestions?

Why limit yourself to female workouts? For dumbbell lifting, I like Body Beast.1

Some people like to focus more on one aspect of their physique or fitness more than others (e.g., chest, glutes, back, etc.) Other than possibly putting a bit more focus on one area or another, any good program will have you doing variations on a few common movements (push, pull, squat, hip hinge, etc.)0 -
