Booo...back on the bus

This is the first time I've not been pregnant or nursing in 7 years.... I had done 60lb weight losses after each pregnancy and was at a good weight (especially after stomach flu!) in 2016. But then my brother died and I ate my feelings... Last year I buckled down but couldn't get in the right mind frame to lose the 15lbs I had put on. I lose 5 -8 then put it back on... But I'm done trying to lose without going in full blown weight losses mode, but guess I gotta get back on that bus too! If anyone wants to add me, I could use some friends on MFP.3

@HappyInTheWater Mindfulness is paying attention to what you eat, when you eat. i.e. Do you walk by a bowl of candy and grab a piece without thinking? Or do you sit down on purpose at 3:00 to eat a banana? Other peeps here, please correct me if I am wrong...I'm sure you will.
