Strength Training Help

I am looking for a free weight routine to follow on days between running to build muscle/burn fat. I am 45, trying to lose about 10 pounds and definately tone my arms and belly. I have a lot of equipment in my basement- bench, squat rack, weight set, TRX that I've never used, kettle bells, yoga ball, weighted balls, and plyometric boxes. I would love to have a good resource as to where to get started and an routine to follow. Thanks for any tips!
