I need some tips and help with trying to lose weight. I started going to the gym for 2 months and only lost 10lbs in the process. I watch what I eat , been eating a lot of protein to gain muscle as well. I need some help on what I should change and do . Any tips/help would be nice . Thank you

You are completely on track to continue to lose weight at a reasonable rate. Don't despair! Keep logging your food intake as accurately as possible. Loss of 1 pound per week is a worthy accomplishment.0
