You can't spot reduce. Eat at a calorie deficit, keep losing weight/losing fat, and consider starting strength training.9

I found that my love handles and hips (both places where I more desperately wanted to lose the fat) were the last spots to shrink up. It was a bummer, but losing another 10 pounds and reaching my goal weight resulted in those areas getting smaller. I did some yoga (there were moves that helped with core muscles) and Zumba (which sped up my weight loss) and BodyPump (using weights for an hour). All these helped. BUT the most important thing was to adjust my thinking about my body shape. There's nothing wrong with a smaller circumference that still has curves!3

As collectingblues said; unfortunately no magic tricks to spot reduce fatty areas. It will go eventually but it may be the last place as it's usually the first to go on!
You could do some core exercises to strengthen your middle which may bring them in a little, but it won't burn fat....just calorie deficit can do that.
Good luck0 -
This is not bad at all, you're like a lot of us, you carry a little more body fat in your stomach and lower back. Continue to work on fat loss, as we lose fat we lose fat we lose it all over, so be patient, a calorie deficit will work if you do it consistently.
If you are not doing any strength training, you might want to consider doing a 3x week full body strength program along side a small deficit.

You don't have really bad anything. You don't even have anything in the same zip code as remotely bad.3

I like your bathroom3

I had them, it takes losing weight to get rid of them. We can't spot reduce unfortunately.1

Well as a guy I think your hips are very nice and don't see the problem3

Yes, that is exactly what we’re seriously implying.
Fat is inert. It can’t be exercised. Doing core exercises can strengthen the muscles beneath the fat, but it does absolutely nothing whatsoever to selectively remove the fat from any particular part of your body. That’s called “spot reduction” and it’s not possible. You’re exercising the muscles, not the fat. Sorry.7 -
Op you have a lovely tummy. If you want to lose the love handles keep your calories in a reasonable deficit so you lose .5-1 lb per week and strengthening your core with planks and some weight training.1
