    How is everyone doing so far? The first week is almost over, stay strong! First weigh in on Monday for those of us that weigh in on Mondays!

    I had one not so good day this week but all other days have been good. Trying to finish the week strong!

    I’m doing good, weighing in on Monday and keeping my fingers crossed that my hard work has changed the number. Been under calories all week so far and been burning around 2/300 calories a day through exercise. Slipped myself into some trousers that didn’t fit 2 weeks ago so I know I’m making progress and hopefully I’ll hit the target I’ve set myself for 7 weeks time.

    I'm in. 6'0, active male , exercise 3-4 times a week. Goal is 1 pound per week. Averaging 1560 calories a day.

    I'm in, a week late :blush: I only lose weight through diet, rarely exercise so this will be a challenge!

    I'm in the UK and use kg so use a converter to change to lbs!

    The real challenge is going to be breaking through 290 I've gotten down to this point before and was unable to break through to the 280s. I'm gonna challenge myself to not weigh myself daily, but it's so hard.

    I weigh-in on Thursday’s.
    Do I put today’s weight on the 4/30 line or for the 5/7 line?

    You can just enter it as 5/3, and all the other days can be your weigh in day! I figure some people may have different days they weigh in and that’s fine!
