    I took 4 months off from working out due to injury and life changes... gained 30 lbs!!! Unfair forties! Why can’t we all lose it that fast? Goal this week is to work out 4 days and keep calorie goals. Good luck to all!

    Yeah I injured my back and gained 15 lbs. Stinks.

    I just got back on MyFitness Pal and I didn't know there were challenges that you could join. I want to lose a few more pounds and could really use the accountability. Is it too late to join?
