Hello, Summer Body! - a weight loss challenge

Looking forward to not shelling out loads of money to weight loss groups that I never go back to.. planning to calorie count and track on the app, have entered a 5k(3m approx) race in 3 weeks time so have been out training, (very slowly!). Being 60lb overweight makes it hard but hoping I can get some accountability for myself and some help here. Thinking about 1400 calories a day (47 year old 5ft 4 woman) should be about right? Just about to fill in the starting weight message!0
