Hi everyone my name is Dominique I live in San Diego ca .... I'm back on my fitness pal to not only start over again put to dedicate myself to completely changing my lifestyle. Back in 2015-2016 I dropped 60 lbs thanks to the app and kept it off for about 1.5. Gained some back and then got pregnant with my second child. Things has been rough for me when it comes to my image of myself I am at my heaviest I've ever been and instead of stopping every time I lose weight Im back to continue a better lifestyle and share that enjoyment and knowledge with both of my kids. I am hoping to find motivation encouragement and challenges from new friends on here. As well as myself guiding supporting and pushing others to reach their goal. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hello please feel free to add me, im happy to trade motivations. I'm also at my heaviest and every time I stop I come back slightly heavier so I really have to just keep going.. especially through the winter! mfp and an increase in exercise and a few food swaps consistently will do it.. but I know it's easier said than done :)

Hiya! One of my goals is to be able to go up the stairs on Mt Nebo without stopping. I haven't tried in quite a while, but it is in the back of my mind still.

I try to keep my focus on specific goals. I started by walking 6000 steps a day. As I added to that total, I started adding in squats and pushups (off the counter) and lots of stretching to keep my muscles happy. I am still working on getting 5 vegetables a day. Four is easy: two for lunch, two for dinner. But that fifth one is so often elusive, as I prefer greek yogurt or peanut butter for breakfast over eggs and veggies.

I also joined the Biggest Loser Challenge. It helps keep me accountable and gives me a focused group to participate in. I won't win: I have placed within my own team once in two months, but I like the comradery. (https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10661717/biggest-loser-may-weight-loss#latest)
