Do y'all work in the same swamp every week? Or are you swamp hopping?

It's a giant swamp. Enough work here to last forever. Has anyone figured out where we are yet?

    Beaumont?

    Pretty warm. Try again.

I had a yogurt at about 0945. Dassit. Monday's are tuff days for us. We are still figuring out boat dieting.

    Do you have a cooler?
String cheese or cheese sticks, jerky, hard boiled eggs, raw veggies, packs of tuna, squeezable fruit/vegetable packs, stuff like that would be good and filling :)

    And nuts!
An avocado, cut open, sprinkled with salt and spread on some pita is good too.

Would an avocado last? Mine are either rock hard or overripe. There is no in between. I think it goes from one to the next as soon as I turn my back

You have a valid point. I really love avocado but finding one that is *just right* is hard sometimes.
If bought while still greenish, you can put them in a paper bag to ripen them faster.

I should have been more specific. There was not just a chopped up zucchini in some cooked eggs lol. It was grated and baked. Lol like quiche. Crab cake eggs Benedict? That sounds amazing!

I just made this for mom and I. 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, red onion, grape tomato, havarti cheese. Half orange, 2 maple links, 3 quarter dollar size mini pancakes. 4flz8sjjoub0.jpg

This looks so good right now. I was in a hurry this morning, and just grabbed slim fast.

Thanks! I can make you a breakfast plate too. :)
