Well I had a light yogurt this morning. 80 cal. We are close enough to the house today we will be able to go back for lunch. Hopefully it will be like this most of the time and that will make things much easier. CWadle is losing all kinds of weight!3 -

I just made this for mom and I. 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, red onion, grape tomato, havarti cheese. Half orange, 2 maple links, 3 quarter dollar size mini pancakes.
