    Hey Plankers! Off to a slow start so far thanks to an extra rest day on Tuesday and some wicked DOMS during the back half of the week, but I'm not off track yet. I ate through my buffer already, but not off track!

    May Goal: 120 minutes

    5/1: -
    5/2: -
    5/3: 4 x 1 minute mixed
    5/4: -
    5/5: 2 x 4 minutes mixed
    5/6: -

    May Total: 12 minutes

    I probably shouldn't have even tried on Wednesday, but oh well. This week has been a bit of a learning experience.

    Hi this will be my first challenge. Even though u am starting late, my goal will still be 60 minutes. So here goes, day one:
