    Getting behind this week but everyone else is doing great keeping up. You guys make me proud! I’ve at least kept up my workouts thanks to doing them before the sun comes up lol.     Been thinking about starting back up, used to do 2 minute planks every day but quit so im in for the rest of may for doing as many as i can, turning 65 this year and trying to drop some weight and working on better health
