5am Workouts!

I like riding in the mornings...the only downside is that they're not quite as productive as riding later in the day. I hit most of my PRs when I can ride mid morning and do pretty good with late afternoon/early evening as well...but sometimes, if I don't get out in the morning, it's not going to happen so I figure something is better than nothing.0

I've always been a 5AM exerciser. Only thing that tends to suck sometimes is the need for a 3:00 siesta can sometimes hit pretty hard, and I can get pretty grumpy if I'm not in bed by 10:00.
SO true!! My favorite thing is to go for a long early run on a weekend and then shower, eat breakfast and SLEEP FOREVER. :-)0 -
I generally workout at 5am then either go to uni or back to bed for a few hours0
