Weight lifting routine change needed

I am thinking of changing my workouts from zone (chest/tri, back/bi, legs/abs) to a chain (front & back) push/pull.
Has anyone done this style workout? If so, what did you like or not like about it?
Is there a routine you would recommend?

The only workout for me is the compound lifts. The lifts that people hate work the best. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, pull ups. All these stimulate growth hormone and testosterone due to the large numbers of muscle involved.3

I switched to a 6-day push/pull split from a 3-day full body routine about a month ago. Liking it so far, trying to add accessories to my full-body routine had me spending too much time per session. Splitting them I don't feel like I'm rushing through but I'm still able to hit each group multiple times per week.
As for a routine, PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) is a routine I see discussed often. I effectively chose to adapt it to a straight push/pull and cycle it three times per week.

Going from bro split to something that hits your muscle groups multiple times a week? Yes, it's a good idea. I'm doing something from Beyond 531 right now, but there's tons of programs out there like PHAT, PHUL, Massive Iron, etc. that will give you additional volume.0
