For Weekly Weighers, Why did you pick the day you did to weigh in?

I weigh daily but only record Sunday morning. I take one particular supplement that is very effective for a medical condition I have but it causes some side effects including fluid retention. Each week, I have to rest from it by reducing it for half a day and then not taking it the next day so my body can deal with it all. I record my weight the following morning.
I weigh everyday to keep an eye out for any sudden increase due to fluid retention just in case.
I then have Sunday as my naughty diet day.

I go to the gym M-F so I weigh in on Friday after my last workout of the week. Then I take a two day vacay and start again on Monday!1

When I started I weighed on Wednesdays because that was the day I began. Now that I weigh every day I still only record Wednesday on here and everything else in Happy Scale. Also, not having a social life makes the Saturday and Sunday weigh-ins much more bearable.2

I've always weighed in on Monday, but after reading all these comments I think I'll start weighing in on Friday's! It does make a lot more sense lol0

I tend to lose control on the weekend so I weigh in on Monday morning. That way I have more accountability and reason to watch my intake over the weekend.0

I weigh daily, but only record on Tuesdays.
I picked Tuesday because I tend to eat saltier on the weekends and I shed the water weight on Monday.0 -
Saturday - I’m active in a Maintenance accountability thread on the forums and the check in weekly date is set to a weekend date, so I just kinda fell into that as my routine lately.0

i do wednesday because its my mid week rest day.0

I weigh daily, but I also record my weekly weight in a separate spreadsheet. I didn't really 'choose' the day; that's just the day when I suddenly decided I'd had it with being fat and started my new regime.0

I weigh in on Fridays because Saturday is my refeed day. I may gain a pound the following day but by the end of the week I’m back down and lose more weight.0

I see some people that only weigh once a week, others weigh every day but only record once a week. For those of you in this situation, why did you pick the day you did?
I see people saying that they log their weight or weigh in on Mondays. To me that makes no sense. Why weigh in after a weekend when you could have over indulged. I weigh in every Saturday morning and record that weight in MFP. It makes sense. It seems easier for me to stick to the plan during the weekdays and I let lose a little more on weekends.
I'm with you. I weigh in on Saturday morning. It makes sense at the end of the week when you've been on your best behavior and kept up with workouts, to see the progress and your hard work paying off. The weekends are notorious for slips so why would you weigh yourself after the weekend??

Mine is Saturday morning because my husband is home on weekends and those are our going out days. He works Friday's so Monday thru Friday are my very tractable days.1

For majority of the duration of my 80+ pound weight loss I weighed in first thing Friday mornings.
This worked well for me because I eat regular pizza every Friday evening. The temporary water weight I gained from the excess sodium throws the scale off, so for me it just made since to weigh before.
Not only that, but weighing in before the weekend starts seemed to have motivated me to not go overboard with anything. This worked great for me mentally from seeing the scale almost always progress downwards weekly and it made me want to make better choices when going out on weekends.
I'm maintaining and now weigh in about once a month to make sure I'm staying in my maintenance range.4
