Hi everyone, I'm Sydney and just joined My fitness pal again. My hopes are that I will be able to lose weight successfully this time so I can have a healthier and happier life. I am 19 and 212 poundsI think I dropped that weight too fast since January because of not eating breakfast and not eating much of a healthy lunch (I would get chips from the snack machine for lunch everyday :s ). I am also hoping I will be able to learn healthy ways to lose weight and find workout ideas!
Anyways, I hope some of you are willing to become friends with me on the website because I am in need of motivation and support . Thanks! :)
