    My daycare children would've loved having you around with all your toads, turtles, dogs and chickens!
    Nothing made their days more exciting than finding something that crawled, hopped, jumped, buzzed or slithered. :)

    All the ones I’m not tossing back, yes.

    The painted turtles I’m tossing back.

    And I literally just got another that got away. Another probably 10-15 pounder.


    Edit…. These little painted turtles have claws but they don’t hurt.

    By the way, I am not afraid to sharpen my own blades. That replaceable blade stuff is for city boys.

    Because of turtles or the entire animal kingdom in general? For some reason, I'm mightily confused by your statement. :) Bewildered too. Oh to be able to decipher meaning in the written word....

    This is the Mossy Oak. Both the camo and black knives. I love it except you can’t get blades for it. It’s my go to utility hunting knife. The Gerber is my dressing and butchering knife.

    I do love my Navy issued dive knife. It’s pretty clutch except too large to bother with for most things.

    I sharpen them too. I got a couple stones. And, I’ll have you know I don’t use jigs. I sharpen all my tools except table saw blades and thickness planer blades. Those I send out for a pro to sharpen.
