The list of things that don't make me anxious is way smaller.

Cats. Cats are the only thing that don't make me anxious. Cats all the time, everyday.

Popcorn kernels...youre gonna break a tooth

Then I have a story to keep you up nights. The crispy outer crust of a popped kernel is the same shape and curvature of a molar. One of those crispy critters got between my gums and no amount of flossing could tease it out. This included dentist assisted flossing and flushing. I required dental surgery and a couple of stitches to get it out.

My dentist advised never to eat popcorn again.

I live with the risk and still eat my popcorn.

Even though the cat in your profile is a bit judge-y looking, it is still a cat. So no, no anxiety here! Cats are 100% fast track approved to be anti-anxiety for me.

Despite my deep, deep love of movie theater popcorn, I've stopped eating it for fear of exactly that. Now I do pretzels for a buttery, salty indulgence.

Right? I’m anxious about this. BUT imagine if he’d fallen

    “How’d your son die?”
    “He jumped off a building.”
    “Oh it’s so sad. Suicide.”
    “No he was doing flips.”

Um...everything? LIFE gives me anxiety. But, I suppose, some of the big things would be:

-Talking on the phone. (biiiiiiiiig one)
-Going to crowded places. (Concerts and sporting events for some reason are an exception.)
-Getting involved in any kind of confrontation.
-Driving in heavy traffic. Interstates and downtown are the worst.
-Going to an event where I barely know anyone.
    -Interacting with people in general.
-How about...people. People give me anxiety.

MFP won't let me upload any photos to various threads (regardless of which picture I choose). It's making me paranoid that somehow, I offended the MFP gods.

Whenever I receive bad news, it's always through my brother via Facebook messenger or phone call, so whenever he contacts me, I go into full panic mode.

My anxiety is often set off by "will I reach all of the goals I want to?"

I have so many triggers: Do not like going out. Do not like crowds. Do not like people coming over to my house. Do not like to meet new people. Prefer to be alone. Loud sudden noises can cause me to WAY over-react. Do not like family get-togethers. Do not like most people, Do not like places I have not been to before. Do not like to travel, especially over seas. Will not watch any movies or read article about the Vietnam war. Thank you very much U.S. Army we had some great times together, but I think you got the better end of our deal.
