Looking at this thread it seems you expect too much from the gym. Weight loss happens in the kitchen not at the gym. Face it, you are eating more than you think--sorry to be harsh.
Try weighing your food like a laboratory scientist for a day and see if you get any insights into possible errors in your logging. Apples are a good test. Estimate an apple weight and then actually weigh it. Then estimate a slightly larger one and weigh it. A small increase in diameter is a pretty large increase in weight.

Stop counting so much on the gym and start logging your food, accurately and consistently. All of it: good days, bad days, whole foods, packaged foods, snacks, condiments, cooking oils, beverages. After a couple of weeks that should shine a light on the problem. :drinker:1
