Giaourtiophobia (from Greek giaourtio, "yogurt") is the fear of yogurts. One reason why some people fear yogurts because they contain lactose, which is intolerant to some people.

In the United States, "yogurt'" is the usual spelling and "yoghurt" a minor variant. In Canada, "yogurt" is most common among English speakers, but many brands use "yogourt," since it is an acceptable spelling in both official languages.
Fun fact: that's also why Tim Hortons isn't spelled "Tim Horton's."
