    I would say the leaf blower. Gets the Saturday morning yard work done in half the time. Plus the neighbors come outside and watch in awe. :)

    Vasectomy. It's not nearly as horrifying as everyone makes it out to be and as long as you're faithful it's cheaper than the pill.

    Greatest invention ever? That's a really big subject. Since internet could not have happened without all of and including everything that happened in the last 300 years, I'm not even going to say that the steam engine at the beginning of the industrial revolution was greatest ever.

    Probably accurate to say that the greatest invention ever was agriculture.
