Week 1 - 226.4 down 2 lbs since this started. Yeay. This week was tough. I started over. Joined a gym and really made a decision not to stick to the plan.
Week 2 - 226 down 3lbs overall and 0.4 this week. I'm still happy. Sticking to the plan.

Every day this week at work people have been commenting on my weight loss and/or saying "you look great". It's been a real boost. I am not sure if the increased exercise since Monday is effecting the scales. Well, I think next week the weigh in will show stronger progress.1 -

It's helped me cope with this "plateau" as the scales aren't moving but the measuring tape is!

I am actually starting to notice some changes to my shape. I still have a long way to go, but I am feeling more confident in this whole process at the moment. The next few weeks will hopefully bring me closer to "1derland!"

Week 8 reflections - it's taken me months to realise just how much of a long term thing this is. You can't measure in days, and often not even weeks. But looking at a month by month trend I am starting to realise how much hard work and dedication is needed, but the reward is worth it. I need to weigh and log everything. It's that "simple". That's the recipe for success.1 -

Two more weeks left in this challenge. After one month (July) of planned increased carbs (in season fruits) I had not expected to lose any weight. I lost almost 4lbs! No more fruit after today, in order to bring my carb grams back down to keto level and get as close to my goal as I can.0
