My Fitness Pal features

Hello everyone,

i am fairly new to my Fitness pal, saying that i have had the application a while but haven't had chance to open up and explore, but really need to now as want to really start hitting those targets, but for some reason it has set my goal for loosing weight which i dont want to do, i want to loose belly fat, but if im right in saying i dont want to set my goal still to loose weight. I basically want to muscle up and tone up. is there anyway there is a goal for that, so then it will set me down the correct path on what i need to intake etc etc. any advice and guidance on what i should be doing would be much appreciated. many thanks in advance.
