@blackburn23 yes its a struggle, I met a Podiatrist and started doing ankle exercises. I think I got Posterior tibial tendonitis by running. It's a common running injury that causes dull ache and pain. But I am still running by raising the incline of my treadmill and running at 6km/hour speed.1

Ankle gets sore if I run daily or run over 45 minutes or more so I am trying to use other forms of cardio like seated rows, cross trainer and weights. I found that its hard to loose bulky muscles. I want to loose extra bulky muscles, get skinny like bruce lee and have a very functional body like cross trainers and athletes. @blackburn23
