I cannot get my account to sync w my Fitbit. I want to close it

My fitness pal will not sync with my Fitbit activity tracker so I have to manually do it. I want to close the account if I have to do it anyway

    Have you tried disconnecting anything else from MFP? Mine was also not syncing because my iphone was connected so MFP was using that for my activity instead.

    I just did that, disconnected my iPhone and selected my Fitbit.

    At “add exercise” in your diary, hit the three buttons to the right, choose “manage step tracking” then choose your device. I had to deselect my iPhone and then select my Fitbit.
