    Oh nice, I'm joining in!
Started MFP 3 weeks ago, eased myself into counting, logging and making better choices. Also started C25k a few weeks ago to get back into running. Anyway, here are my numbers. Oh and I only have a n analogue scale,so not sure how much detail I'll be able to see...

    SW: April 2018 ca 75kg
    CW: mid-May 2018 ca 73kg
    GW: Nov 2018 ca 63kg
    Height: 173cm
    Age: 35

5/28 not weighed but had a good day for food and exercise: week 7 of C25K plus lots of walking and reaping rewards of yesterday's food prep

@efurlong8183 La Croix and vodka are my favorite!

@jerier How long did you do Keto? I would say it took 6 weeks before the bread quit calling to me from the freezer. I used fat bombs to satisfy the cravings and made it through. IMHO it was totally worth the struggle and now that stuff doesn’t even taste good to me.

@puddlegoober You can still use the Senza app. Perhaps switch to 100g Total and see how that works? How long did you do Keto?

@quiltingjaine 6 weeks. I haven't given up on it at all... it's just a little bit too complicated for me to do right now (food prep and such, particularly when I'm doing it by myself). I'll give it a run again in a couple of months.
