    wk3 1 lb

    down to 261 lbs so moving in the right direction

    Hey! Definitely with this challenge!!! I've been in putting off getting started and staying dedicated since January and JUST LIKE THAT in what felt like an hour, were more than half way through the year.

    Age: 25
    Height: 5'9
    Starting Weight (July 15): 312
    Current Weight (July 17): 304
    Goal by Dec 31 (Check Point): 200-250
    Ultimate Goal: 180
