Gaining weight !

I want to gain more weight but still be muscular I cut out all fried foods what do I eat

    This. Just keep your food “clean” if you want to be healthy about it. Put in your target weight on the app and go for it sister!

    Keeping all "clean" (whatever that means) can actually lead people to fail to hit their surplus. As long as you hit your macros, eat mostly nutritious food, nothing wrong with some treats to help you hit your calorie goal.

    Exactly, on my last bulk, I was eating close to 3400 calories, if I only ate so -called clean foods, I would not only be bloated all the time, but full af by mid-day. Some junk food in your diet isn't the end of the world as long as you have a healthy overall balanced diet.
