    Having Shingles and my whole world being turned around has done something too my metabolism? I'm losing weight. I've lost a bit over 3 pounds since May 23rd. Of course there are days I could not eat much. My exercise has changed drastically. I have eaten more protein too help heal the body. That must be making a difference? I don't know...!!!!!
