Oh, ETA- I am 5'1'', I went to 3 different bike shops and no one had a bike small enough for me... I ended up buying this one from an 11 year old girl who outgrew it LOL
I’m 5’3” and I’ve had to order all my bikes because the bike shops don’t stock our size!
It actually worked out really great for a first bike! I got a more expensive bike for less than I expected to pay, and I know they took really great care of it.1 -

Managed to get a couple of rides in to boost my June totals (25 hours, 336 miles).
Really struggling with the unusual heat wave hitting the UK at the moment.
Litre of fluids before I started out, 1.5l during a 2:40 brisk ride and limped back the last few miles feeling too hot and very dehydrated. It's not just the roads that are melting....
My retirement job has grown a bit more than intended and a couple of deadlines to complete projects mean that I'm a bit pushed for cycling time - it's a bit too much like working for a living again!!
Hopefully one more busy week and then it should settle down.2 -
13 miles today. I rode with my children down to the pond. (I should get bonus caloric 🔥 for not cursing at the agonizing pace) All pain, no gain. The extra half mile can from doing laps in the parking lot while they played with the ducks.
