Started GOMAD diet 2 days before. Height 175 cm and weight is 48 kg. Would this gomad plan help

Yup. There's really no trick, just caloric surplus. I do a half GOMAD just because I really like drinking milk with my cookies. And cake. And donuts. And..1 -

It's a strategy which is virtually guaranteed to turn you into fat toad. He claims you'll gain 25 pounds in 25 days - what he doesn't mention is that about 23-24 of those pounds will be fat.3 -

Thank you! I have my calories set to gain weight I think at .5 a lb per week and I'd like start lifting just don't really know where to start.

welcome. those programs focus on the compounds which are the focus of any good program of any level. Youtube the crap out of them for form and safety.1
