Hi

My name is Sarah, I'm 22 years old and 5'1. I don't drink any soda, I never really feel the need to drink. I'm doing weight watchers and MFP. WW told me I am allowed to have 26 points a day. While MFP allows me to have 1,200, I feel like that is way to much calories. But after reading posts, I know its not. So I want to know the tips or advice or what to follow to make sure I am eating the right foods. Like I remember the food pyramid when I was little. If I follow this would I be in good shape. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/nation/daily/graphics/diet_042005.html

My goal weight is to be 100. I go for 60 mins to 90 mins walks. I don't really have a job, looking for one. So I am not that active I put sedentary.

Any advice will be helpful and appreciated.

Thank you

Advice: Do Weight Watchers, OR do MFP. Don't try to do both - you'll likely get confused.
  • WW wants me to eat less calories than MFP.

If I understand it, WW doesn't make you count fruit or veggies, while MFP does. So they are different systems so I'd pick one and go with it.
