    I used to run 5ks all the time! Run alot of miles to train. Start with 10 miles a week then move to 15 and then 20. Take at most 2 days off and at least 1 day off a week. Never take 2 days off in a row. I can answer more questions if u have them! Good luck!

    I’ve recently started C25K. I’ve just finished wk. 3, run 2. I’m really enjoying it now.

    C25K great starter and take the time to go to a running shop and get the right shoes for how you run.

    i c25ked and now do 13milers and flirting with the idea of a marathon

    check with local running stores. they might have a beginners group
