So I mixed up some PB2 (which is not a substitute for peanut butter) and dipped pickles in it.

I agree. I have peanut butter protein powder that I will put just a little water in and then dip apples in it like it is actual PB but it definitely is not the same, nor is PB2. Healthier, but much less delicious
