Couch to 10k

Morning team.

Mid 30s guy from Scotland here currently on week 6 of a couch to 10k programme. 2 races lined up in Aug and Sep.

Any one else on c210k?

Since I started running I have done 4 10k races, a 5k race and 4 half marathons.

Day 1 of c210k is today!
I've done a couple of 10k's in the past few years, but nothing for 12 months. So I'm back on it!
I'm in Glasgow
