    ONEDERLAND has arrived ... now it is time to leave Obesity behind me!
    I need to try and eat out much less. The sodium and bumps are kinda emotionally draining!

    hi clover, how about if we set a challenge to do a different exercise over the week to mix it up.
    you chose the order out of maybe
    walking
    running
    jeffing (yes that is the name of it run walk run I am about to start it myself as I have 6 months to get ready for my 100 miles in 32 hours)
    sit ups
    squats
    pressups
    excercise bike
    cycling
    rowing
    the aim is to do a different one each day to work different muscles and get bodies out of any routines that repertition can sometimes create.
