this makes me think of anthony bourdain in Indo. yummy.
mine's probably an earth worm. as like a 14 y/o middle schooler, was dared to eat one. didn't really taste like anything, went down like a noodle.
i think i'm fairly adventurous, but have a very poor palette, due i think to my super bad sense of smell - i just don't like super hot additions to food. it just causes me pain and does nothing for the taste of the food but mask it.0 -
probably my own ejaculate, total accident long story0
-
an owl0
-
Calamari, and I had lamb which most people wouldn't think is weird but I do. Haha0

youd be surprised at the things you eat when youre high, nuff said0
-
Shark, it was yummy
Me and my friends use to play blender surprise.it is where you go through the fridge taking a spoon full of this and that adding it to the blender then mix it all up and dare each other to drink it. I really dont know what was in it sometimes good and sometimes not, keep in mind we were in jr high and high school, rotfl0 -
Frog legs. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't really look like frog legs. I just imagined them hopping happily in a field somewhere. I only took a nibble because I was curious.0

Octopus0
-
Pickled baby octopus! I don't really think it's that weird since I love seafood but most of my friends were unimpressed with the picture of it.0
-
Those french snails, escargots or something...0
-
Probably escargot and frogs legs... Wasn't fussed on the snails but the frogs legs were nice... Not exactly filling though unless you had a small bucket of them. LOL0
-
BBQ snake and deep fried tarantulas in Cambodia.
Not a lot of meat on a snake, and too many small bones.0 -
Being a world traveler, nothing is too shocking anymore.
Scorpian on a stick in China
Fish Balls in Hong Kong
Haggus in Scotland
Chicken Feet in Taiwan
Whitebait in New Zealand
Have caught squid, octopus, and abalone to eat.0 -
probably century egg - was terrified of it at first but I developed a taste for it after after I tried it!0
-
Foie gras (?) stuffed duck hearts. T'was actually very tasty :drinker:0
-
Try this: dried fallopian tubes of true frogs, better known as hasma.

Asian's top the list of weirdest things to eat. I never ate it again after I found out what it was. Too much ick. xD0 -
At a food festival I tired Kangaroo, horse (not pretending to be beef for once) and zebra burgers. I think Kangaroo was the nicest.0
-
Those french snails, escargots or something...
Hmm yummy, pass on to me if you don't like
Haha, as far as I can remember they didn't taste that bad, must have been the huge amount of garlic butter they have used0 -
Mopane worms
Lamb brain
Eel
Ostrich , kudu , wildebeest , springbuck0 -
Does drinking Kombucha (sp?) mushroom count?? It was very weird.
I tried that for the first time last week. Not a fan AT ALL!!0 -
Oh actually! I ate pig brains steamed in a wrapped banana leaf once - that was not good.0
-
Cooked fish eye balls. People think I'm weird for that but it tastes good! lol0
-
I like to gross my friends out by eating the shrimp heads at dim sum. Crunchy!0
-
probably century egg - was terrified of it at first but I developed a taste for it after after I tried it!
I am NOT brave enough to try that! No thanks to the black egg!0 -
I'm pregnant so I'm eating some truly strange combinations but I haven't gone as far as some of you have :sick:0
-
Chicken heart kebabs and solidified duck blood (not together, obviously).
Solidified duck blood!
Why? Was it good? O.o
No, it was disgusting. I was at dinner in China and a Chinese friend's mum gave it to me so I couldn't say no (I ate so many disgusting things for this reason). It dissolves in your mouth. Yuck.
Chicken heart tastes amazing! Especially in soups. Been a fan of it since I was very little0 -
Balut. There's a guy who sells them at the park right next to us. Pretty good. Tastes like the yellow part of a soft boiled egg (makes sense). A little strange and I probably won't do it again, but at least I can say I did try it!0
