    @GrandmaJackie Be sure to take before pics! My younger daughter was sure there were no changes until she looked at side by side shots. My older daughter posted side by sides of herself wearing an XL tee that was tight when she started and a M tee in the same color now. WOW what a difference!

    @wellnfree I hope they put your husband on an antiviral. When mine had them Zovirax was new. Sending prayers that you caught them early!

    @DebCountsAll When I am without internet, I continue to log in notes on my phone then update when I get access again. You can adjust your streak so you don’t lose it. On our last cruise I had a small notebook in my purse and took pictures of meals with my phone.

    I did not know this! I missed two days around my mother's death and lost my streak. How do I adjust my streak?

    Waist is down another inch! Recomp seems to be working! Excited to be in the 167’s for the first time since I was 14 years old. *small tear*

    OK, just saw Calculation for BMI=(703 x wt in lbs) divided by height in inches squared
    5’9” - BMI 24...Weight 162.5
    5’8.5” - BMI 24... wt: 160.1
    Will think about this...after I get to 165.8!

    There are not many things Texans do that doesn’t involve alcohol. 8) I’m seeing it more and more in nicer nail salons in bigger cities.
