mids 20s or early 30s for burning fat and building muscle..

Hello friends... I would like to know which age groups burns more fat and builds muscle fastest????? Mid 20s or early 30s??? I have done some pretty extensive research and cant seem to come up with the right answers ive heard both groups for both but would like a more in depth answer.. Thanks everyone!

    20s and 30s..and 40s 50s 60s 70s 80s

    ETA.. I suppose as T levels naturally drop as we age it may make those things harder but that age, start point, end point, is different for everyone. The factors within our control like program and nutrition are significantly more important then some general age trend

    Hey thank you j dog!!! And great photo that look is exactly what I’m going for.. Been chasing after it my whole entire adult life and havent made it there but something about this year feels like I’m closer then ever.

    Lol yes i agree buddy! :) I can remember when i was in my early 20s guys in the gym would constantly tell me yeah your muscles arent going to really get growing till late 20s early 30s now that im 31 majority of people are telling me its mid 20s. ugghhhhhh lol

    But, in the last analysis, it doesn't matter: Age transplants are not a thing, and most goals can be accomplished at most ages (absent some disability getting in the way, and disabilities can happen at any age). Too bad we gotta put in the work. ;)

    (I grant that being an overall elite athlete (such as an Olympian) is probably not achievable in most sports for an octogenarian, but reaching an elite level among octogenarians is.)

    I'm 37 and looked nothing like this at 35. Don't worry about your age

    I'm not sure why it matters - you can't do anything about your age so just get on with it. Age shouldn't be a reason to not do something. There are many non age related factors (both controllable and uncontrollable) that would impact your results a lot more.

    I met a 92 year old Senior Olympian last year. She was quite an inspiration!

    My 80 yo mother inspires me as well.
